How much does counselling cost?
All sessions are held online and are 50 minutes in length.
All sessions cost £50 which is payable by bank transfer. I am able to take card payments if you prefer.

How do I make an appointment?
For all my new clients, I offer a FREE initial consultation so that I can understand a bit more about you and you get to ask me any questions. If you decide to go ahead and work with me, we will make an appointment for our first session then.

What hours do you work?
I generally work Monday to Friday from 9am with my last appointment at 6pm.
I will consider additional evening slots dependent on my availability.

How do online sessions work?
Before our session I will send you a calendar invite that will have a Google Meet link on it. Just before our scheduled session starts you click on the link and that's it!

How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies between clients, and depends on what you bring to session. But my aim is to get you out of therapy, not to keep you in it endlessly! We can discuss this more in our initial consultation.

Is my information confidential?
I take your confidentiality very seriously, and prior to sessions will send you my contract of work which details all of my confidentiality obligations.
