Walk & Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk therapy is exactly what it says. We have a talking therapy session without the confines of being inside.
For lots of people being outside allows them to be more free with their thoughts and they find it easier to explore feelings and emotions in nature.
I offer a hybrid approach to therapy; by using a person-centred approach to counselling, the roots of which lie in empathy, a non-judgemental attitude and acceptance. I couple this with some more directive coaching work to propel you forward once you are ready.
