Life Coaching

Life Coaching works by helping you maximize your full potential and reach your desired results.

 

As a Life Coach I will help you to identify your goals, hold you accountable and provide encouragement throughout your journey to become a better version of yourself.

By analysing your current situation, identifying limiting beliefs and any other potential challenges and obstacles you face, we can work together on devising a custom plan of action designed to help you achieve specific outcomes in your life.  Some common areas that clients' come to me for help with are:

  • Identifying goals and defining plan of action for achieving them

  • Creating professional and personal growth plans

  • Identifying limiting beliefs

  • Obtaining work/life balance

  • Growth in confidence and self-worth

  • Creating boudaries

  • Managing an important life transition

 

As your Life Coach I will start by asking lots of questions about your situation now, in order to help you focus on what your priorities are.  I will ask you to visualise what you want for yourself and how committed you are to the process to achieve what you want.  We will then, together, build an action plan to help you get there.  During our sessions, I will be there to support you as a sounding board, and to encourage you when the going gets tough! (It always does!!).

All coaching sessions are held online, so it doesn't matter where you live!!
